• Contractual Relationship: When you book, your contract is exclusively with the Provider, not orientatrips.com. We are not a party to that transaction.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the search process.
• Maintain the security of your device and any account information.
• Use the platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The "orientatrips.com" name, the airplane logo, and all proprietary designs, algorithms, and source code are the exclusive property of the Company.

Third-party logos of airlines and airports displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with orientatrips.com.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• No Pricing Guarantee: Flight prices change in milliseconds. We do not guarantee that the price shown on our site will be available on the Provider's platform at the time of redirect.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, orientatrips.com and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the site.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless orientatrips.com from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, or other costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
